Ever since I found out this recipe, we have Red Lobster Biscuits at home at least once a week and we don't even go to Red Lobster anymore! How easy it is? It only need 5 ingredients (you probably have all them on hand right now!) and only take about 15 minutes.

Step 1:
Mix 2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix ;¾ cup milk and 1 cup grated cheddar cheese together. Drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.

Step 2:
Preheat your oven 375 degree and pop your balls into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Until the surface start to turn light brown.)

Step 3:
While they are baking, put half stick of butter and some crushed garlic or garlic powder in a small ball and microwave it for 20 second.

Step 4:
Once your biscuits are done, just brush the garlic butter on each one of them and you are done!

It is soooo simple that it's not even funny. The only thing left is to try it tonight yourself!!!

I sometimes mix in with some crab or lobster meat. My hubby says it's better than his old favorite: Red Lobster biscuits!
