Besides all the cosmetic product, another skin crime is food. Yes, the food we eat. Doctor says the below 11 foods will trigger your skin start hives.
1. Cow's milk
4. Tree nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds, etc.)
8. Red wine
9. Citrus (limes, oranges, et al.)
11. Hot spices, such as chili seasonings
From my own experiences: Soy sauce will leave dark spot on my face if I have some of them while breaking out. Sea food and spicy food WILL trigger my skin break out. Other than that, I haven't found find anything that "works" for me.
Of course, skin conditions are different. You should pay more attention to some of those food when you eat next time. If they result hives, you might want to take a note and scratch them from your diet.
From some aspects, foods are more important than those cosmetics you are using. Why spend hundreds of dollars on moisture when 8 cups of water works better? If you keep eating food that could damage your skin, no cosmetic will reverse the damage, period.
So, if you want better skin, take look at your menu and rearrange your diet.
